We’ve looked at the possibility that theoretical physicists are trying to prove that the universe may have a consciousness (God-consciousness) , but that’s something you may have already figured out.

Today I want to come back to meditation, for it is the single best way to access your divine God-consciousness.  It also has lots of well documented physical and mental health benefits.

Some of the health benefits of meditation are:

  • Stress reduction
  • Reduces anxiety attacks
  • Reduces heart disease
  • Controls weight
  • Creates a state of deep relaxation and general feeling of wellbeing
  • Increases concentration and strengthens the mind
  • Reduces heart disease
  • Controls weight
  • Increases serotonin which influences moods and behavior.
  • Reduces depression, headaches and insomnia.
  • Regulates blood pressure
